1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and registering an account with Norch ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our AI-powered fashion platform.

2. Description of Service

Norch operates a proprietary virtual AI try-on and high-fidelity fashion campaign generation studio. Our services allow designers and brands to upload flat garment photography, configure artistic style direction, and generate commercial-grade models showcasing their garments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Credits

To access the platform, you must register a secure account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Access to model generation services relies on a dynamic credit deduction model based on resolution details (e.g. 1K vs 2K upscaling) and casting configuration. Credits are non-refundable and expire based on subscription tiers (Free Trial, Creator, Pro, or Enterprise).

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the garment photographs you upload. Norch does not claim ownership over your original apparel prints or product designs. For paid subscribers (Creator, Pro, Enterprise), Norch grants a worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish the generated AI fashion campaign results for any commercial campaign or e-commerce channel.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Limitations

You agree not to upload any garment designs containing trademarks you do not own, or content that is defamatory, illegal, or sexually explicit. Furthermore, you agree not to use the generated output to intentionally mislead customers regarding the physical fit, fabrics, or materials of the actual garment. Norch is not liable for customer disputes arising from variances between physical clothing and AI-generated campaign representations.
